Video Blogging is Attracting More Readers

Video blogging is better than text written blog. It is easier to express through picture or video rather than just audio and text.

But video blogging needs more resources and infrastructure. You need a larger disc space, faster server and new whole program to support it. But it is really worth it.

Imagine if you want to promote your company’s products, you can actually put up your catalogue or photographs of your range of products on your blog online. Your prospects can have the chance to understand your product more easily by looking at the photograph rather than your lengthy explanation. A picture worth a thousand word.

People like to be able to see by their eyes on the products they are going to buy. If they are able to look at the pictures, they don’t need to use their imagination to paint out the products.

You can create your videoblog right at your footstep. You just need to have a web camera, microphone, video software and lights.

Invest in a good camera with high resolution and output. Capture the picture and go online.

Lights are very crucial in creating videoblog. It must be bright enough to shine on the area of the viewing. The image will be sharp and crispy enough.

You have to choose a video editing software to do your video blogging. You can add sounds and picture as you like and delete whatever you do not want. Some of the programs are user friendly and can be use without any professional knowledge. One of the easy one is camtasia. Select your background properly, make sure the colour theme is align with your whole presentation.

The more creative you are in creating or presenting your blog, the easier and faster you will succeed. Videoblog is very effective to grab the attention of the web surfers and due to its dynamic content, they are more easily get excited.

But of course there are also negative side of it as i told you before. Beside using a larger disc space and faster server, it also takes more time to process and upload a video file than it does on a text file. It means it takes more work to run and update a video blog. If the loading times is very slow, web surfers may get frustrated and give up on your blog.
